X2Bridge

Terms of Service

Effective September 7, 2026.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of X2Bridge (the "Service"), operated by Vivinn Tech Labs ("X2Bridge," "we," "us"). By creating a workspace, accepting an invitation, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent ("Customer").

2. The Service

X2Bridge is a shared workspace between a software vendor and its customers, built on top of the vendor's existing issue tracker. Engineers keep working in their own tracker (currently: Jira); X2Bridge translates and curates that activity into a customer-facing view, and lets both sides comment, attach files, and exchange status updates in one place. The Service is provided on a per-workspace, invite-controlled basis — a person gets access to a specific vendor-customer relationship (a "bridge") because they created it or were explicitly invited to it, not by virtue of belonging to a company.

3. Accounts and access

Vendor-side team members sign in with an email and password scoped to their organization's own workspace address; customers sign in via a passwordless email link. Each workspace has exactly one Admin at a time, responsible for workspace-level settings, member access, and (once billing exists) payment. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@x2bridge.com if you believe an account has been compromised.

4. Customer content

"Customer Content" means the issues, comments, attachments, and other material a Customer or its users submit to the Service. As between the parties, Customer retains all rights to Customer Content. Customer grants X2Bridge a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide and support the Service — including pushing content to and pulling content from a Customer's own connected Jira project, at the Customer's direction.

When a bridge, issue, or account is deleted, X2Bridge removes or anonymizes the content and identity described in our Privacy Policy's Data Retention section — some structural/statistical data is deliberately retained even after deletion so that shared quality metrics for a business relationship don't silently change; see that section for the exact behavior.

5. Third-party integrations

The Service can connect to a Customer's own Jira project using credentials the Customer (specifically, its vendor-side admin) provides. That connection is between the Customer and its own Jira instance — X2Bridge relays data to and from it on the Customer's instruction, but is not a party to the Customer's relationship with Atlassian or any other third-party tool the Customer connects. Credentials are encrypted at rest; the Customer is responsible for the accuracy and authorization of any credentials it provides.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit anyone else to:

  • use the Service to violate any law or a third party's rights;
  • attempt to access data or workspaces you haven't been granted access to;
  • probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the Service or interfere with its normal operation;
  • upload malicious code, or content you don't have the right to share;
  • reverse-engineer the Service except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.

7. Fees

Any fees for the Service are as set out in an order form, invoice, or separately signed agreement between the parties — these Terms don't themselves set a price. Where fees apply, they're payable in the currency and on the schedule stated in that order form or invoice; applicable taxes (including GST) are additional unless stated otherwise. Late payment may result in suspension of access after reasonable notice. If no fees have been agreed, use of the Service is free until a separate agreement says otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

X2Bridge and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service itself (excluding Customer Content) — the software, design, and X2Bridge's own trademarks. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that to Customer, beyond the limited right to use the Service as intended.

9. Confidentiality

Each party may access the other's non-public business information through use of the Service (for a vendor: its customer's internal comments and files; for a customer: a vendor's internal engineering notes not marked visible to them). Each party agrees to use the other's confidential information only to perform its obligations under these Terms, and to protect it with the same care it uses for its own confidential information (and no less than reasonable care).

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. X2BRIDGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT ANY WARRANTY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Each party's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the fees paid or payable by Customer to X2Bridge in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is greater, if no fees have yet been paid. This limitation doesn't apply to: (a) a party's breach of the Confidentiality section; (b) either party's indemnification obligations, if any are agreed in a separate order form; (c) a party's gross negligence or willful misconduct; or (d) liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Term and termination

These Terms apply for as long as a workspace or account exists. Either party may stop using the Service at any time; a workspace Admin can request account/workspace deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you, the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and each party consents to that jurisdiction and venue.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll provide reasonable notice (e.g. email to workspace Admins) before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
